To help us understand and resolve your issue, please include:

• A short description of what happened and what you were trying to do.
• Your device model and iOS version.
• The app version, if you know it.
• A screenshot of the issue, if possible.

Please don’t include passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.

Something isn’t working?

Try updating the app to the latest version, closing and reopening it, and checking your internet connection if videos or other content won’t load.
